who we are

Adventure Scuba, LLC was founded in 2016 by Master Scuba Diver Trainer James (Chief) Buckley and Divemaster Patricia (Trisha) Buckley, two people with passion for teaching and diving.

Our objective is to provide our students with the skills they need to enjoy Scuba diving safely.  We follow the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI) standards for each Certification Level and Specialty Course which combined with our experience and background help you develop into a safe, proficient, and knowledgeable diver.

Our method is scheduling small classes and private lessons where we can focus on individualized instruction.  Class sizes range from 2 to 6 students.  We’ve successfully demonstrated this model with hundreds of students to date, ranging from Open Water through Advanced Open water, Rescue Diver to Master Scuba Diver, as well as entering the Professional Scuba ranks as Divemaster.

We also partner with the Burleson Recreation Center (BRiCk), offering Bubblemaker Classes for 8 year olds and up in addition to our Open Water Classes.  If you desire a feel for Scuba Diving or an introduction to the full Open Water course, you can participate in our Discover Scuba program.
